It's not a bad manhua till you start watching donghua (chinese 3D anime).

Donghua title for this manhua is called, "Slay the Gods" at the moment only S1. There is no Eng sub on bilibili but the audio quality is good, there is Eng sub on youtube but there are at least 10~15% of the anime the audio suddenly mute and then after a bit back to normal.

The chapters here are NOT in order or the same as the donghua, for example:

- The 5 v 5 fight against the seniors, the anime is even better and extensive without much comedy.

- The girls in the anime all change in appearance, style and personality.

- Glasses classmate's hidden base and pet are cleaner.

- Gods and MC's patients are better looking, MC's 2nd patient gets 2 different voice actors compared to all other characters.

- A certain snowing chapter gets push to ending.

....and many more changes

So should you read the manhua or watch the donghua?
Donghua only has S1 at the moment, i would still read the manhua even after watching the donghua. You will be able to tell the big difference but still kinda enjoy, just treat the manhua version like comedy while the donghua is much more serious.

The 5 star should actually be for just this manhua but there is a donghua, so 5 star is a must.

i would recommend it if the mc actually kill a g** but like any manhwa with the title 'kill g**', "if i die" or "live peacefully', that means it won't happen til the end of series
