Ningen Fushin no Boukenshatachi ga Sekai o Sukuu Youdesu

The anime of this story is kind of trashy and it's a bad introduction to the manga, which has a bit more depth and better pacing.

The story is nothing spectacular, but there's enough consistency in the way they handle characters to give you reason to cheer for them and you understand where they all picked up their skills and where their personal moral compasses are.

The idea of four rejects, one of them being actually incredibly serious compared to the rest, getting together, putting all their problems on the table and saying "We're going to attempt to work together, cuz we've all been burnt in a way or another" and seeing how that plays out is the core here. 

It's about drama, it's about trust, it isn't about the frail and often touted power of friendship, when their relationships don't even start from 0, they start from negative.

Visually nice to look at, wish it wasn't a monthly thing, I'd like to read more of it.
