A story where the title truly speaks for itself. Don't expect anything less than a deplorable, violent, and disturbing love story between two unfortunate characters.
The artwork is gorgeous and if it's a twisted infatuation you're after, you'll certainly find it in Sadistic Beauty: BL Sidestory!
I personally started reading without having read the main story, but it's useful to at least have a rough idea of the original characters and their past actions to fully grasp everything going on. It's good in that it can pretty much stand by itself, but even skimming SB will help flesh things out here and there.
