The art is SO GOOD, I've never read a manhwua with this artstyle, it's so detailed and you see how much effort the artist put into this.
The plot is interesting as well, we get to see something different from the usual pov in a character's regression, though sometimes it's quite hard to understand the translation because it's not with proper grammar

Pretty good on Cheat Kusushi no Slow Life: Isekai ni Tsukurou Drugstore
No bad, it's a great fun read, but it lacks action, adventure and combat.
It's a lot of Loli harem for MC, a lot of mini dramas.
For me it was a bit boring, but it was fun to see his OP skill making neat potions.
So in that regard the manga lives up to its name.
