This is the best, balanced mean Hero type of manga.
MC doesn't consider himself as a hero, rather he considers himself as a scumbag, yet his actions shows otherwise, but he keeps getting caught in problems when trying to do the right thing.
MC has a lot of depth, all the side characters are meh... his best buddy was "OK" but it was rather plain as he was always a Goody two shoes (your typical Hero in other Isekais).
MC unique skill is quite interesting, looking forward to see how much more evolves away from human 😁

Rocks on The Apothecary Will Make This Battered Elf Happy
WHOLESOME. Okay there can be traumatic experience (we see the result of years of abuse on a girl...) but there is no blood, no ra**, no abuse shown. Only a great guy curing someone who becomes at the end a very cute girl.
